• corrective action process trainings pursuant to Regulation (EU) 965/2012, Annex II ARO.GEN.350 and Annex III ORO.GEN.150.
• We can complement Commanders Upgrade Trainings with a professional training course on “Duties and Responsibilities for Flight Captains”, which includes legal examples from the aviation industry and practical scenarios.
• Further, we train on legal duties and responsibilities as well as accountabilities and authorities for the Accountable Managers, nominated Persons, Managing Directors and General Managers including their risks for professional liabilities and penalties (pursuant to German Law and EASA Air OPS Regulations).
• Our latest service is a workshop which prepares potential nominated Persons, Accountable Managers, Compliance Monitoring and Safety Managers for their Assessment at their National Civil Aviation Authority. Our Managing Partner successfully prepared all participants for various positions for assessments at the German Luftfahrtbundesamt (LBA) and the Ente Nazionale per l’Aviazione Civile, the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) as well as Austro Control (ACG).
