- Aviation X Link fixes their Client`s findings; even in an emergency with our Client`s Civil Aviation Authority or Industry Stake holder (for example the International Airline Transport Association (IATA)). We propose suitable root causes, a suitable corrective action plan and when the final actions should be taken. AXL will write the Corrective Action Report pursuant to ORO.GEN.150 or ORG 3.4.3 and suitable for IATA Quality Control. The aim is to strengthen your airlines management system, to “aviate, navigate, communicate” and to get your airline ready for a happy landing by demonstrating compliance or conformity.
- The latest projects were in Change Management from a non-complex Operator to a complex Operator by phasing in A320 family aircraft into their Air Operator Certificate and operating within an airline group or
- a start-up by helping to obtain an Operator License pursuant to Regulation (EU) 1008/2008 and the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) by establishing and maintaining management systems (Compliance, Quality and Safety) pursuant to EASA Air OPS Regulation (EU) 965/2012 ORO.GEN.200.
- Also, AXL did support change management processes by implementing a software tool such as IQSMS to achieve a more effective management system solution and designing the whole management system pursuant to the regulatory requirements, but in correspondence the Operator`s Organization and the specifications of the software tool for the management system. The goal was to obtain a lean, effective and robust management system;
- AXL helps to obtain governmental approvals, such as an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) or to be an Approved Training Organization (ATO) or an Approved Cabin Crew Training Organization (ACCTO);
- AXL prepares your aviation company for industry certifications, such as ISO 9001:2015 for example;
- A risk-based Station Monitoring Program pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 & (EU) 965/2012, Annex III ORO.GEN.205 for an effective, flexible, compliant and less costly solution to monitor your airlines Ground Service Providers (GSP);
- Complaint management (Denied-Boarding-Compensation Regulation 261/2004) to reduce the risk for liabilities for your organization.
