Mr. Henrik Baark is an aviation lawyer who was in various senior management position at different airlines.

Since 2011 he acts as a tax agent for the German Aviation tax.

He is also working as an IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) Lead Auditor and certifying the management systems of airlines around the globe who are in conformity to the IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices (ISARPs) and has special expertise in demonstrating compliance and/ or conformity to identified gaps of EU Civil Aviation Authorities or the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

In addition, Henrik is an LBA accredited European Independent Validator for the ACC3, RA3 & KC3 certification program of the European Commission to ensure a secure supply chain for transporting air cargo from Third Countries into the European Union.
